The 3:23 Creative Content Retreat is an intentionally designed 4 day week packed with opportunities to fill up your portfolio, meet like-minded creators, dive deep into the word of God, worship in community, and explore God’s creation. With stylized photo shoots and video shoots, educated biblical teachings, and time on the beautiful north shore of Kauai, this retreat was carefully created to foster learning, community, spiritual growth, rest, and creativity.
With worship lead by Noah Ritchie and biblical teachings lead by Alex Wilson, this retreat offers a deeper impact than any other photo camp. Our desire is that you leave this retreat spiritually fulfilled, having made new friends in the body of Christ, learned new skills to encourage your work for the kingdom, and deepened your relationship with your creator— all in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Lodging and on-island transportation is provided by the generosity of the Hawai’i Leadership Residency and Makanalani Kids Camp. The $150 retreat fee is what makes this retreat a wonderful opportunity to bless Makanalani- an organization that offers a free kids camp to the youth of Hawai’i. Half of the proceeds from this retreat will go straight to Makanalani. Our goal in all that we do is to bless the people around us with everything the Lord has given us. We have put together this retreat specifically to be an opportunity accessible to a wider audience, offering a comfortable stay on a wonderful property, easy transportation around the island, and four full meals, all included in the retreat.
We are charging a simple $150 for each attendee, of which 100% of the proceeds will be donated straight to the generous organizations that are helping us make this all possible!

Hi guys i’m Nani Villalvazo! Born and raised in Texas - I have grown up with a love for content creation and the creative industry. With a background in marketing, operations, and social media, I work as a jack of all trades to advance the creative missions of brands (or people) and help their visions come to life.
Most importantly, my relationship with the Lord is the cornerstone of my life, and by His favor I have been able to travel various corners of the world and enjoy his creation. My mission is to help others walk toward the unique individuals that God has designed them to be, helping them to make up the whole body of Christ with their talents and gifts! My vision is to see a more complete picture of the kingdom by encouraging others to pursue their talents!
My contribution to the vision of 3:23 will be that of operations, marketing, and modeling! So excited to meet everyone soon.

Mia grew up around cameras, starting her interest and career through her mother’s lens- she would follow her around to different weddings, family shoots, and senior shoots, carrying gear and watching her edit. Ever since then, photography has intrigued mia and she quickly picked it up as a hobby.
It wasn’t until her junior year of highschool that she decided to turn her hobby into a job, and that was when she realized how passionate she was about this form of art! What she cared about more, though, was helping people to see themselves the way she see them. That is- beautiful, unique, and worthy of a self confidence that exceeds the lies they’ve allowed themselves to believe.

Shane is a luxury wedding videographer with a passion for storytelling that began long before he ever picked up a professional camera. At just 14, he started vlogging, fascinated by the power of capturing moments and crafting narratives through video. As his skills and creativity grew, so did his realization that traditional education wasn’t his path. Instead of heading to college, he doubled down on his craft, refining his style and building a brand that now takes him across the world, filming high-end weddings for couples who want their love stories told in the most cinematic way possible. With an eye for emotion, detail, and elegance, Shane has turned his lifelong passion into a thriving career, making timeless memories for clients who value artistry and authenticity.

Howdy ya’ll, I’m Colton! Born and raised in the great state of Texas, I grew up immersed in the outdoors. My desire to capture memories and share adventures with others has made a camera my full time companion since 2015.
Legendary 80’s films, recent cinema, and outdoor films such as “Yeti Presents” fuel my desire to create pieces that inspire others to live life more passionately.
I currently specialize in the commercial, branding, and documentary spaces. My production company, Hozho Productions, handles comprehensive projects from concept to final product and I DP some external projects as well.
Filming and creating impactful art about the life we live is incredible, but living life fully gives us the experiences to treasure, lessons to teach, and stories to tell. I can’t wait to learn alongside ya’ll as we dive into elevating each of our crafts together!
What’s included?
4 stylized photo shoots for photographers to practice working with couples, content creators, and experienced models. Led by Mia Jeremiah, these photoshoots include intentional guidance to help photographers challenge themselves to capture emotions, make their clients comfortable, and express themselves in their art.
3 stylized video shoots for videographers to practice working with couples and content creators. Co-led by Alexio Mah, Shane Grant, and Colton Bardon, these sessions include intentional guidance to help videographers challenge themselves to step outside of their comfort zone, extend their understanding of their tools, and build their confidence in their video skills.
3 bible teachings led by Alex Wilson for the sake of deepening your relationship with the Lord and broadening your understanding of His plan for your life and career.
Group Worship sessions led by Noah Ritchie, bringing like-minded creatives together under the Holy Spirit and aligning ourselves with heaven.
Lodging in a beautiful house on a 130-acre farm on the North Shore of Kauai, provided by the generosity of Makanalani Kids Camp.
4 family-style meals.
On-island transportation to and from the airport and around the north shore to and from each photoshoot location.
Opportunity to see the north shore of Kauai, get headshots for yourself and/or your business, try new local foods, surf Hanalei bay, and spend lots of time in the sun.
